In some cases I just offer them to provide additional insight into what was actually happening at StarFish Capital Partners, before the Police State ofNEVADA came calling and maliciously interfered with my business in April 2007.
The individual items in my Document Bundle are briefly outlined below, along with a brief video clip of me explaining each of them briefly. These documents represent well over a thousand hours of my time in writing and their development, plus at least $10,000 worth of other related costs, plus a lot of creative thinking and business structuring.

NVDOC01 – The Angel Investment Brief
This is a copy of the original document I developed and sent to my private investors to raise our initial funding to launch my venture capital business. It outlined the offering of shares in my company, the risks involved and included my exclusive buy-back provision, which I was in the process of doing – when the Police State of Nevada arrested me.
NVDOC02 – The StarFish Venture Funds Booklet
This is the booklet we developed to outline seven proposed venture funds we had structured but never offered. They were targeted towards mutual fund, hedge fund and other institutional investors, and the booklet was intended to gage interest in our proposed funds from those Investors. NEVADA accused me of selling these funds without a license, even though we had never formed them. Maybe they should have checked their own files first!
NVDOC03 – The Global Wireless Note Payments
As the book explains, we provided $50,000 as part of a proposed equity acquisition in Global Wireless, but after we provided the upfront money, the deal was suddenly canceled and we were sent a letter, by Global's CEO, outlining a repayment plan. The states action interfered with this too, as Global made only two payments and used the NEVADA issue, with their blessings, as a reason they did not have to repay these funds. They went BK in 2009!
NVDOC04 – The Encompass/StarFish Capital Partnership Press Release
This press release outlined our purchase of $76 million in XBoards and the partnership we entered into with Encompass Holdings. I have since attempted to work with the new Encompass CEO to no avail, so we will sue them as well. Despite the issues with both management teams, I have always believed, and still do, that it was a fun and exciting new personal watercraft that could be marketed worldwide.
The TahitiPetey XBoard nightmare in 2006/2007 caused my company StarFish Capital Partners serious financial problems, which the Police State of NEVADA only made worse for me and my Investors with their unwarranted actions against me. They should have gone after Encompass Holdings instead, being a public Nevada company that clearly misrepresented their ability to build and deliver their product to us. Although the XBoard is not currently available to the market, I wanted to share this exciting product with you, so you can see what all the fuss was about and why we believed it was, and may still be one day, the next MUST OWN personal watercraft. NVDOC05 – The XBoard Global Rental Program Outline
The XBoard, in our eyes, was the next MUST OWN personal watercraft, and to drive sales I developed a unique global rental model to place them on beaches worldwide. This document provides an overview of our then proposed global XBoard rental business as we had intended to develop it. This model can still offers substantial upside if the XBoard product ever becomes commercially available.
NVDOC06 – The StarFish Capital Portfolio Logo Poster
To showcase the various business models we had under development in 2006, this poster shares the logos and my goal of building a start-up of start-ups. Over half were part of my original TahitiPetey brand architecture as my first book, TragicSatisfaction outlines. Some of these ideas have been incorporated into a new streamlined business model which I will share with my readers later.
NVDOC07 – The XBoard $10 Million Dollar PPM
If you want to test your blood pressure, issue a Purchase Order for $76 million of XBoards with just $10,000 in the bank. We did, and needed to raise cash to buy them. So we drafted a proposed partnership offering for $10 million to offer to our Institutional Investors and pulled the plug on it when it became obvious that Encompass Holdings could not deliver the XBoard product, which was the root cause of our demise soon after.
NVDOC08 – The StarFish 2007 & Beyond Letter
This was the Memo I drafted and sent to my private investors at the end of 2006 with forward looking projections, as I saw them at the time. Although I believed everything I wrote, things were changing at a fast and alarming pace, and the XBoard business was dragging us down fast. It’s one report I wish I had never sent - as it would be used against me by one jaded investor as the book explains.
NVDOC09 – The 2007 - TPF National Brand Partnership Overview
This overview outlines the exclusive Foundation Brand Sponsorships program I developed as my Back-up Plan and was selling to launch and fund my Foundation programs and projects, when NEVADA ruined that opportunity. A portion of these sponsorship fees were earmarked to reacquire the TahitiPetey business models through an investor stock buy-back plan I was in the process of undertaking to overcome our XBoard meltdown.
NVDOC10 – The 2007 - TPF Adopt-A-Fish Scholarship Program
This is an overview of my Foundation’s signature proposed Adopt-A-Fish scholarship program I had developed and intended to launch in the summer of 2007, but NEVADA’s actions against me interfered with that plan. You’ll enjoy the creative approach taken here, and although I have made several enhancements to the program since, today's economy make such programs all but impossible to launch.
NVDOC11 – The Investor Stock Buy-Back Letter
This is a letter I sent to all my Investors six days before NEVADA came knocking, offering to buy back their shares, if they wanted out, after the XBoard scammers, Encompass, wiped us out. I still intend to follow-through on this commitment and buy back their stock, as stated in this document with proceeds from the sale of this book and other income. Unless the Police State of NEVADA continues to make it impossible for me to accomplish that goal.
